Who these terms apply to These terms apply to use of this website and to enquiries made through it with We Got You Covered Roofing and Driveways, Newport, Gwent NP19 7BW. An estimate is based on what is visible and accessible at the time of inspection. Where hidden defects are only exposed once a roof is stripped or a driveway is excavated, perished felt, rotten timber, failed sub-base, we will stop, explain it, and agree any change in price with you in writing before continuing. We will not carry out additional chargeable work without your agreement. ## 3. Quotations and validity Prices quoted reflect current material and labour costs and the scope described in your written estimate. Anything not listed in that estimate is not included. If a quotation has been outstanding for a long period we may need to re-issue it. ## 4. Booking and access Once you accept an estimate we agree a start date with you. We ask that you provide safe access to the working area, including space to unload materials, position scaffold where required, and reach outside taps and power where these are needed. Vehicles and garden items should be moved clear of the working area before we arrive. ## 5. Weather and timescales Roofing, driveway and cleaning work depends on weather. High winds, heavy rain, frost and extreme heat can make certain operations unsafe or compromise the finish, particularly resin, tarmac and mortar work. Where this happens we will not press on regardless; we will pause and rebook the affected stage with you. Timescales given are honest estimates rather than guarantees. ## 6. Standard of work and site conduct We explain clearly what we find at each stage of the work, and any change in price arising from hidden defects is agreed with you in writing before we continue. On completion we will walk the finished work with you before we leave. ## 7. Payment Payment terms, deposit arrangements and accepted payment methods are set out in the written estimate for your job.
