In their own words ## What customers say after the scaffold comes down ### Gutter repair Excellent bloke he come to repaire my gutters but then he seen my felt was gone on the bottom of my roof so I decided to have a new roof done by ash, his team was fantastic they ripped all the roof off and the new roof was on within a day they worked very hard and he is a really nice guy I would highly recommend you to hire him his team does a fantastic job and im over the moon with my new roof James, Bristol3 September 2026 · via MyBuilder ### Replace fallen tiles Work now complete. Unfortunately the roof needed to be replaced as felt etc was all rotten. Although very concerned at first as you hear such bad things about roofer scamming vulnerable and elderly people. I only have praise for Ash and his team for photographing every step of the process. The end result is top dog, and I am over the moon with the finish result. The boys swept up and washed down after every days work. I could go on and on, but going on the result of my new roof I would definitely recommend this company. Ash will break everything down for you along the way, don't be afraid to ask or question anything, nothing is too much trouble. However, this was handled professionally and with empathy, providing clear explanation at every step, and matching a measured balance between my actual needs and available budget. All options were laid out for me without any sense of pressure selling, and my decision immediately understood and clearly respected. The work was undertaken by a team who understood and applied the principals in accordance with the business philosophy, and their approach displayed nothing but the highest degree of courtesy, thoroughness, and cleanliness.
